'Spotlessly clean self contained studio, great location & easy access to Manchester City centre. Complimentary wine. Good Wi-Fi. Beds were soft, would have liked more of a medium to firm bed & also would have preferred better quality pillows. They seemed to be thick supermarket type pillows. Overall though a great place to stay. '

A couple of points would be to have a blind on the bathroom door window mainly because the morning light comes in and wound add more privacy. Also we found the mattresses uncomfortable and springy so didn't get a great sleep but its a lovely property and would stay again if beds were comfier '

'There are numerous easy going scenic walks to be enjoyed at this location which makes the stay at Ash Farm worthwhile. Our room and especially the bathroom was clean, well appointed and quiet with a garden view. Our only qualm was that the breakfast incurred and additional per person charge. Being a retired couple our breakfast requirements were minimal. However, this resulted in the most expensive charge for a boiled egg and toast I have ever encountered.
