'It’s very dated and gives domitory style accommodation. Walls are very thin and I could hear everything in the next room and corridor. I could hear a man in an adjuscent room snore the whole night. Staff are not available onsight after-hours. I had to walk a very long way from my room to get hot water/tea and use the microwave which is in the common room, because the taps closest to me were broken. My room was full of ants and the bathroom tiles are brown with stains. Bed not so comfortable but...

'If you like nature and quiet only an Uber removed from the center this is a great place to go. We took an Uber from Melbourne center and walked everything else through forests and mountains. Nice staff too!'

'Lovely old style building, rooms were nice and warm despite the cold weather and I loved the bath - though it would have been nice to have some bath salts or bubble bath. Soft mattress which I liked but my partner struggled with. The mini wine and kitkats were a nice surprise however we would have liked to know in advance that the restaurant and bar were not open at night especially given it was a long weekend. It was also a shame that the fire was only on for a short time. We would have liked...

'We were surprised and quite disappointed especially since the facility was advertised on expedia as a hotel, on getting there, we got a motel. We paid for hotel services on expedia but got a motel. The rooms we stayed in were not as displayed in the pictures.'

'This hotel is a home for displaced individuals, there were permanent residents in rooms that were not even one star quality. I did not even sleep there as I did not feel safe and instead booked a different motel down the road. My intuition was correct as when I turned up the next day I saw the reception front windows had been smashed in overnight. Definitely avoid this hotel'
