'The cottage was great, nicely furnished, with comfortable beds, and conveniently located for hiking. An antique mall and a great garden center were 15 - 20 min. drives. The reason that I gave it less than 5 stars was that the coffee maker stopped working after day 2 of our 4 day stay. We left 2 messages for the property manager and got no reply. The kitchen could also use some better cookware. '

'Wonderful stay! Very clean overall & well-appointed kitchen! Nice porch & back yard seating area. Beds were comfy. Cute neighborhood. If you can handle sharing a bathroom it was fine for a family stay. The bathroom & master bedroom are on the main floor which was nice for my elderly mom. Bring your own coffee! A miscommunication led me to believe that complimentary coffee was provided, but it wasn’t. Only one small pouch of regular coffee was provided, (& 1 decaf) - maybe enough for two...

'This was the perfect place to stay for a trip to see family over the holidays. The location is wonderful for the ships in Macedonia or accessibility to Cleveland and surrounding cities. The place itself was a great peaceful retreat after long days of visits with family. Highly recommend this property!'

'Visited during daughters surgery- property was easy to check in and out of - contact/people free. Nice Amenities with some extras provided. Comfortable. Clean. Smooth visit, would visit again for leisure, and recommend this property. Also close to lots of good food ! :) '

'Great place to stay for seeing the surrounding area or if you’re in town for some reason. I personally couldn’t get ahold of anyone to talk with during the stay, which put us on a time crunch that we could’ve avoided. Other than that issue the place was clean and tended to the needs we had at the same rate of a hotel but more room to ourselves and less hassle. I’d give a 5 star if I were able to easily communicate with someone involving any concerns or issues we have. '

'We had a short stay to visit family in Lorain. It was ashort drive to Cedar Point. We enjoyed the cottage.'

'Nice house. Decorated nicely. It is an old place (thinking circa 1900), so going upstairs was a chore. The stairs are extremely narrow and steep. They did a nice job of making us feel welcome. The area is industrial, there were a lot of trains throughout the night. We did feel safe staying there. It is in a great location when it comes to exploring Cleveland. Very close to everything. All in all, we had a good stay. '

'This was my husband and I's first experience using verbo and we couldn't be happier. The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. We are definitely thinking about using the same property the next time we come up to Ohio. '

'They stressed no smoking and locking up when leaving the property. The house had open doors when we arrived and the whole place smelled of cigarette smoke. We left a day before we had to and had to wash/dry clean all our clothes. We had to contact Derrick because the “keyless” locking system had not been programmed. We had to use the “master”number. Supposedly sleeps 6 but 3 or 4 , etc and only 4 chairs at the table. No toaster – breakfast is usually the only meal you want to make at home...

'We found this house in good condition. It met our needs to a tee. The house was clean upon arrival and checkin was a piece of cake. We would easily stay here again if we are in the area again.'

'Bed was comfortable. Plenty of coat hangers. Washer/ Dryer available, but nothing available to do laundry with. 3 new towels, other towels were old like came from owners home. Upon arrival, there was no air conditioning as stated, after sending owner email informing of house being very hot, owner came by and installed window A/C. Drapes covered A/C units so had to leave open. No dish towel, no paper towels. Not owners fault, but chlorine smells from water was overwhelming. Back yard had...
