'The property is beautiful, front desk was professional, breakfast was great. The room was a different story. The curtain must be completely open otherwise the ac blows straight up into the very large voluminous curtain and not into the room at all. The bed is a lowrider about a foot off the ground and the mattresses are set inside some kind of roomy wooden box atop a nest of old hair and dead bugs. The mattresses are like blankets on cardboard. The complimentary makeup remover was bone dry. Room...

'Nice quiet area. Everything was clean. We stayed 2 nights and only had 2 washcloths. There was hair in the shower. That is a big turn off for me. We were put in handicap room, didn’t ask for it. Nice huge room. I would stay here again.'

'We have used this property frequently. Mostly good, the staff is a bit meh as far as friendliness and helpfulness. But a decent property. Skip the breakfast.'

'Checked in on a Wednesday. Both commodes had to have a plunger used for flushing. TV in the master bedroom did not work. Carpet in the master bedroom was soaking wet. Notified the front desk and was told “maintenance” would arrive to resolve the issue. One maintenance person arrived the next morning after we’d left the suite to utilize our vacation event reservations. When we returned there was a note from maintenance but no resolution to any of the problems mentioned above. Another call...

'Didn't even get to stay here, booked my stay days in advance, drove 4 hours and find out when I try to check in that the city closed them down? Unprofessional, someone should be calling to let you know if their stay isn't booked or make it to where you can't even book if it's unavailable. Had to last minute figure out a different place to stay at. Thankfully Mountain Country Inn had a room that was clean and the staff was professional.'

'Great view, our room was a bit dusty and I’m guessing the guest before us spent time on the balcony and left their trash there. It’s time for an upgrade. Staff was okay.'
