'This place is an absolute gem and Pitigliano is so worth visiting. We stayed there for only one night on our trip through Tuscany but wished we planned for a longer time. Everything was clean, the owners were so friendly, and breakfast was outstanding. We will come back for sure and can highly recommend this place to everybody - but for sure with small children in the room (the bunk-bed received a 10/10 from my girls).'

'Noisy area all night, the air conditioning wasn’t working and we had to sleep with the windows open to try to cooldown the room. We arrived late at night and they kept our drivers license saying that it was necessary for registration in the morning. Also they try to charge us €3 in cash, but we paid the total in full before we arrived. Their breakfast is a joke, do not count on it. They put out two croissant at the time, counted one per person. I felt bad for the other couple that was there and...

'Terribile! Non un 4 stelle. Ci hanno informato solamente dopo il check-in di avere dei “problemi” con l’A/C che in realtà è inesistente! Colazione al di sotto di ogni aspettativa. Il personale si mette a disposizione ma ben poco riescono contro le condizioni generali di un hotel che avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione completa. Unica nota positiva il rumore inesistente e la posizione, ma farebbero meglio a catalogarsi come un 3 stelle con SPA e piscina.'
