'Beautiful, cozy and clean. So peaceful and nice place to reflect and decompress. Beautifully decorated and just felt so relaxed and at home here. Very safe feeling too. Wifi was great (I had to work and had no issues). We caught a lot of fish and enjoyed watching the geese and other wildlife each day. Hope to make it a regular trip. '

'This is one of our favorite properties! We have been to the cabin several times and love the location with the river in the backyard, no matter what the season. The home is well appointed with everything you need and there are also fun activities in the area. We love to rent a boat at Dale Hollow and visit the K&S Lavender Farm when we are there.'

'We had an amazing weekend. The house was equipped with everything we needed and the kitchen was well stocked. However, the listing and pictures seemed a little deceiving as it was listed as 4 bedrooms. It was actually 3 bedrooms and a loft area. '

'We were there 9/9-9/12 and had a relaxing, peaceful stay. The weather was perfect and my husband caught a few fish. The lily pads that filled the pond in 2023 had been thoroughly cleaned out which made the fishing more enjoyable. We also appreciated the pictures showing the directions at the end of Bowater. The cabin was clean, comfortable and spacious for our stay. We appreciated being able to have our dog with us too. The host was also very responsive to questions and easy to communicate with....

'We would perfer queen beds as these were a little small. Also a fireplace lighter in the cabin would of help out a lot. We love sitting around a camp fire at night but unfortunately we had no way to start a fire.'

'My husband and I enjoyed our weekend at this adorable little cabin. Of note: the "cozy bedroom" is in fact a loft accessible by ladder. I mention this because I have mobility issues and want others with issues to know. There is a futon on the ground level. I would still highly recommend. Everything else was just as expected...excellent!'

I loved that there were step stools for short people like me ;) so many little touches that just let you know they truly care that you enjoy their home and your stay Make sure to follow the GPS to Norma Rd when coming in, it’s MUCH easier than the first turn off.
