'If the weather forecast says it is raining in Bologna on the day you come, do NOT book a stay here. The key to the apartment is delivered to you by a person (it is not a keybox). This person is not allowed to use electric bike in the rain (no insurance, was the reason). The result for our stay was that we waited for 2 hours for the rain to stop, outside the entrance of the apartment. We offered to swing by where the person live in our taxi, to pick up the key, but there was a requirement that...

'Honteux !!! : - nous n'avons vu personne du B&B - nous avons dû téléphoner 3 fois pour avoir accès - aucune information sur la ville, les choses à y faire,... - pas de nettoyage ni changement de serviettes - petit déjeuner scandaleux : un café et un croissant au bar du rez de chaussée. à noter qu'ils annoncent un petit déjeuner complet... - chambre côté rue TRES bruyante - literie d'une qualité douteuse (lit et matelas Ikéa de très bas de gamme = premier prix)'

'Apartment was very spacious. Comfy bed. Downsides - handheld shower over bath without a screen is not ideal. 1 out of 2 bedrooms did not have air conditioning which was badly needed. We would not return to thus apartment for these reasons.'

'The house itself was really nice. Despite it being located on the ground floor, we had sufficient privacy. House felt big enough for 5 people. We loved the interior and the location wasn't too far for it to be an inconvenience. However, I felt that there was a lack of communication, particularly when I tried to contact the owner regarding tourist tax application. There was no reply so we had to figure it out ourselves.
