'The location is very central in Bologna with a 15 min walk to the station. Good communication and quick answers to questions. The two bathrooms are very useful with family. There is a washing machine but no dryer. You will need to get the drying rack out of the closet to dry clothes… which worked well once we understood what to do. The location is really excellent.'

'There was a terrible smell in the bathroom. The ceiling had water damage. The bedside light was just an exposed lightbulb. We left after the first night. The smell was so bad we couldn’t stay. The owner did not offer to refund any portion of the stay and instead blamed us for leaving before they could “verify” the issue. Very disappointed. Would give negative stars if possible. '

'The Aparment is an interior unit over looking the interior roof of the building underneath. It's on the second floor right above one of the main city fresh food and fish markets. It's very centrally located right next to the main city square with walkable distance to all the main city attractions. However with that location comes really heavy noise in the evenings from several restaurants and bars downstairs until late, as well as some mornings hearing all the bottles and garbage...
