Cheap Dollar store sheets and towels, horrible beds, nothing felt properly cleaned, there was a weird smell that was covered up by a bunch of plug in air fresheners. Kitchen was poorly stocked, no dishwasher soap, washer and dryer from the 80’s and dryer made loud squeaking noise. 'This is a lovely property located in the heart of Wichita. I truly appreciated the location because it’s near a lot of restaurants & entertainment but in the evening you come home to a quiet very clean comfortable space. The owner was very eager to help out in any way.'

The front desk staff is always welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room was clean and stocked with what we needed. The breakfast each morning was plentiful with many choices.
