Vind je ideale hotel in Oostelijk Indianapolis

'12:30am the smoke alarm starts going off. Everyone on our floor starts to come out of their rooms, a few people ran to the front desk to ask what was going on. The man working the desk was less than helpful. Not walking down the hall to tell everyone it’s ok that it was just someone smoking in their room. After 30 minutes of the alarm blasting everyone’s eardrums the fire department shows up. Instead of the employee explaining what happened he proceeds to ignore the FD, and guests that are also...

'Overall we had a really good stay outside of the hotel was a little sketchy however the inside was very nice and accommodating staff was really great and work out room was really nice. We had a couple of issues with the air conditioning but the staff was excellent at assisting and trying to rectify any issues we had. Overall it was a great stay!'

'Well first appearance of the room was good but when we turned on the lights we saw the end table had a big sticky spot and the carpet was wet. They need to take down the curtain and replace or at least wash. They were very dingy. The staff was very nice when i wanted a cup of coffee. But for 300 dollars I will not be back. I can say that the Day Inn is not for me.'

'Pool was not open and fire pit was not functioning. Both would have enhanced our experience. But staff were friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was excellent.'

'Limited parking, room clean, lumpy bed, and mildew in the bathroom. Day 1: limited hot water for shower, Day 2: cold water, then no water for nearly 2 hours, Day 3: luke warm water for 5 minutes, then cold. I had to ask for additional towels and was clothes at day 4 (was only given 2 cloths and 2 towels to start with). I was charged 3 times for my stay here and got the run around when I complained.'

'We enjoyed the bars and bar staff. They also have nice, clean rooms with a great courtyard to enjoy in the evening. My only complaint is our TV wouldn’t connect so we weren’t able to use it'

'They advertise Norwood Inn has a Continental Breakfast. Staff said "we have no breakfast. First night I asked desk manager for another Barh Towel, told check back in morning after 8 am, "laundry room closed". room came with 1 towel for 2 people. After 2 nights I asked is somebody going to clean our room and replace our poor excuse for linens, told by desk manager, "it's only upon request". Bottom line they should be charging for the rooms by the hour due to activities witnessed, non stop. ...

'Room was clean and also smelled clean. Hotel and room very dated. Curtains missing hooks and just hanging. One the the bed mattresses was absolutely terrible, like is was deflated or damaged in the middle.'
