'After a LONG night of airport travel delays and gate changes that ran into morning, coming to this warm and welcoming home was such a restful delight. I own a recreational / competitive gymnastics team in California. We came to Knoxville for the AAU National Gymnastics Championships. Simply stated we are here for work but wanted to take a little extra time to enjoy the Knoxville area. 'Clean room, comfortable space. Great location in terms of walking to old town- restaurants, shops. Not great location in terms of sleep quality- the trains sound like they are going to blast through the wall- I highly recommend packing ear plugs (or even better- the host could provide) Pack your own k cups, they have the machine but no coffee supplied. We did have difficulty with the cooling unit, but the property said they were going to have maintenance check on it- I would recommend checking...

'My husband and I loved the peacefulness of the location. Fortunately the weather was beautiful for the middle of May so the back deck was very relaxing. Having your own driveway was nice because you knew if you left you weren’t hunting for a space like at a traditional hotel. Would definitely recommend this to our friends.'

'It’s our third time staying as the location is perfectly situated for two events we go to in the same weekend. The room is very comfortable and there are several thoughtful touches by the owners.
