'Really kind people very easy to come in and out the place was clean everything workedThe host and his staff were very attentive and even let me check in a little bit early as I got confused flying in from the East Coast as to what time it wasIt’s not a short walk into the center of town, or I would’ve given the the location five starsAnd ignore the bad reviews. I don’t know what people expect at this price level, but my guess is they’re pampered rich white folks who aren’t used to seeing anybody...

'Very clean, newly refurbished, quiet, easy access. Older building that has been remodeled. In an older, safe, neighborhood on the east side of Pueblo within quick access of most businesses. I will stay again.'

'Brand new 3 bedroom basement suite. Great open layout with living and kitchen combined, big master suite. Good light even though your below ground and under the main house. Has a big Backyard and hot tub - we didn’t use due to time spent at Brush for family reunion. Great hosts, will stay again when in the area. '

'Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable memory foam. Everything in the house was super clean and simple. Would recommend this house to anyone staying in La Junta area. Priced right for home size and location. Owner was great with communication as well. 10 out of 10. '

'I felt safe staying here. Sam was very friendly and provided excellent service. We were visiting a family friend in Pueblo West, and the location was convenient with plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. Walmart and King Scoopers (Kroger) were just a few minutes away, which made shopping easy. We used the kitchen often since it was more affordable than eating out. Overall, a great stay—we’d definitely choose this property again.'

'The property was amazing! Very comfortable accommodating everything you needed. The biggest surprise is how wonderful the grounds were. There was a Koi fish pond, an outdoor kitchen, a fire pit and hammock didn't get to enjoy it as much as I'd like to but I will add an extra day next time to do that A very wonderful Host, Kimberlie was amazing, very responsive, great instructions Anytime I need to go to Las Animas again, I hope this property is available because that's where I'm staying'

'Unique guest house in the backyard of the main house. Doesn’t look like much from the outside but the accommodations were perfect for us. Quiet and comfortable. Heater worked well despite some very cold temperatures outside.'
