'Room was dirty. Bathroom was nasty. Only had one towel and one dirty looking wash cloth. Walls needed painting. The air conditioner wasn't working. TV reception was terrible. Bed was lumpy and hard. Worst experience in a motel we have had!'

When we switched rooms we were moved to a room with huge black stains on the carpet, food in the fridge and a delightful smell of smoke and urine.
