'This is a fantastic hotel. The staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. I stayed for 3 weeks. I had very few issues and they were taken care of immediately. I’m planning on returning in December and will definitely stay there again. Housekeeping staff was amazing!!!!'

'From the moment we checked in we were treated like we were the most important guests in the hotel. The room was very nice and comfortable. The choices for breakfast were incredible. Lots of fresh fruit, light fare, heavier dishes, multi-national. Just terrific. If I had any issues during my stay, they were addressed immediately by the staff. My only complaint, and not the hotel’s fault, is that the street is very noisy with lots of honking. '

When I extended for two days, they threatened to move me unless I paid extra for a tiny balcony even though it looked identical in the picture when I booked so I chose to let them move me. I stay in a lot of hotels, and this is the first for that to happen especially in a half empty hotel.

'Good hotel which I have stayed for many times during my trip in Thu Dau Mot, Binh Duong. It is quite convenient and near city center, 1 hour (peak hour) from Ho Chi Minh airport. The receptionist is kind and friendly, the room is spacious (for one and two are ok), clean. But the door is a bit distorted (not straight), if they can change the lock into electrical one (not manual), it would be better. I will stay there next time! '

"Hotel is gevestigd in een statig gebouw met heel veel koloniale elementen. Je moet wel van houden. Het hotel kan echter wel een flinke opfrisbeurt gebruiken. Als gast kom je gelukkig niks te kort. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt is uitgebreid met veel Aziatische gerechten. Het hotel ligt op een levendige boulevard waar 'savonds mensen op straat gaan vermaken. Het hotel heeft ook een ideale ligging ten opzichte van de toeristische plekken. De meesten liggen op loop afstand, een vervoer is niet echt nodig."

Wij werden alleen wel beide ochtenden om 6.30 uur wakker ivm herrie op de gang (kamer is alles behalve geluidsdicht) en het aanschuiven van stoelen op de verdieping boven ons (vermoedelijk het restaurant).
