'Fantastic experience staying at Landmark 81 autograph! The staffs are at the same time very discreet and extremely friendly, making you feel welcomed every day. As a Titanium member who stayed at many properties around the world this is in the top 10% for sure. Special shoutout to Brian at the club lounge, who was always very helpful.'

'I’ll give it an average instead of poor… they said I can’t use the outdoor pool since I’m not a resident! LOL. Also, the microwave is broken. I damaged the bath towel because I left it on the floor after using it. Am I willing to go back? BIG NO. The Gym was okayed but not the best.'

'I stayed in the apartment with 2 bedrooms. The first time was in L6 and the second time in LP. None of them look like the pictures in the listing. The shower stalk at both places really needs deep cleaning as I see mold at every corner. The floor of the entire apartment also needs to be swept and mopped. Overall I like that these apartments are spacious when you have big luggage’s with you. And it’s close to Landmark 81 where there’s lots of restaurants that you don’t have to go anywhere...

'The place itself is great 24 hours security. Taxi drop off in front, convenience store and grocery downstairs. Room itself is clean and comfortable. The only negative part is the communication with owner. Reply is slow. Other than that the place is above average. '

'My room was cancelled last minute by the host (2h notice before the check in time). They rearranged another room for us that is just an apartment not a hotel at all in the building saying short-term rent like this is prohibited. On top of that the room has cockroaches and ants everywhere, no daily cleaning service, no shampoo, no shower gel. As described, airport ground transportation will be offered, which didn’t exist. I requested it and the host ignored it. Nothing more to say. Just terrible '
