'Initially was going to give it 1 star across the board because I had a terrible check in. However, Whalid/Waheem was fantastic in taking over from the staff member I was dealing with before and being extremely professional, efficient and knowledgeable. 'Very friendly and helpful staff, we enjoyed every moment the views where fantastic. Thank you for your hospitality! Until next time ✌️'

'Magnifique'

'Really great, first class hotel located on the tram line. Super comfy beds, wonderful breakfast buffet. Most of all, excellent customer service! The two lovely ladies at the front desk spoke English and answered all of our questions cheerfully. They do need to fix the second elevator 😊'
