Broadmoor 102 is een mooie 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers unit ligt direct aan de Golf van Mexico en gunstig gelegen op de 1e verdieping.

Dit toestel beschikt over een master suite met een Queen bed, toegang tot balkon en master badkamer met grote inloopdouche.

De slaapkamer heeft 2 aparte bedden.

Unit beschikt ook over tegel in, een natte-bar met ijsblokjesmachine, full size wasmachine en droger, RVS apparaten, granieten toonbanken, flatscreen-tv en een dvd-speler in beide slaapkamers als de woonkamer, slaapbank en gratis wifi.

Broadmoor voorzieningen zijn onder andere draadloos internet, een buitenzwembad, een hot tub, tennisbanen, shuffle board, promenade en maximaal twee parkeerkaarten kunnen worden gekocht (een overdekt).

Very spacious

We enjoyed staying here, very spacious-could not even hear others in the condo once in my bedroom. All the amenities were great and we had everything we needed. Had an issue with the shower and it was fixed next day--very prompt attention. Great experience will stay here again!

Nice building, close to beach. Condo was very clean and had all you could want. Have stayed at the Broadmoor several times and will continue to return. Only issue is why you can't check in early if the condo is ready.

We enjoyed our stay at the Broadmoor. The condo was super nice and was very clean and comfy. The only thing is the smoking area was not posted so weren’t sure where we were supposed to go. But we all enjoyed our stay.

Perfect condo

We were very pleased with this condo. Between how clean it was, to how much space in the condo, we were very thrilled. Everything worked and supplied properly. Short walk to the pool & beach area. Was not over populated, which was nice. We are considering renting this condo again. We’ve been renting condos for the past 10 plus years, and this was one of the best we’ve stayed at. Again, we are very pleased.

The ac unit was having some issues , but the property owner did offer another condo down the beach , but we were leaving the next day . I really appreciated the offer . All around great trip 👍👍

The location was fabulous. The beach is breathtaking. The condo I loved, but it would be great if you would supply hand soap, trash bags, hair dryer and more than one roll of toilet paper. Had to make a few trips to the store due to not having those items. The place was super spacious. Loved the master bedroom, but had issues with the lights and outkets not working. The master bed was comfy, but the two twin beds probably need to be replaced; super squeaky.

Great Location but Construction and Condo Maintenance Issues

Check-in time was 3 pm. Received a text early that morning stating that the door code would be sent via text when the unit was ready. Contacted Liquid Life for code after 3 pm and they stated the unit was not ready. The door code was not texted until after 6 pm. Upon arrival, the floors were slick with an oily substance and the fumes were so overwhelming, that we had to open the doors and windows. The condo floor was so dirty that our feet and socks were completely black from walking. We were provided with very limited towels and washcloths for the week-long stay. Mid-week water began leaking into the unit. We contacted Liquid Life. A maintenance person arrived and placed 6 industrial dryers in the unit. (Very loud and obstructive.) No one contacted us for the remainder of the stay and left the industrial dryers in the unit. Each day while we were out, someone would come in and turn the loud dryers back on while leaving on lights and tracking in debris. The construction of the building didn't allow access to the beach very easily. To get to the beach, we had to walk through the parking garage and around the side of the building. The path had lots of nails, screws, and construction debris. There was no place to rinse sand off of feet when returning from the beach.

Awesome Property

Awesome property, easy beach access and easy access to all of the Orange Beach attractions. One thing that did get frustrating is that the tenants above us need felt pads on their furniture. Starting at 630a to 11p at night it sounded like a moving company constantly sliding furniture. I'm sure this varies based on whom is using the space above, some people are more aware of their surroundings than others, but if owners of the condo's could work through this, that would be awesome.

We had a few problems. The oven didn't work. Garbage disposal messed up. Bad smell around ice maker. We loved the condo. It was very big and nice. I would stay there again.

Perfect location, view, and set up. We loved our stay except for the beds. Every bed needs a new mattress. We have reserved another unit several floors above hoping that the beds will be better. Looking forward to returning! 😊

Great Condo

Broadmoor 102 is a Very nice unit. Very clean . Painted Walls, curtains and rugs appear to be brand new. More spacious than most 2 bedroom condos we have stayed in. Loved the 1st floor location . Easy access to the beach. We used the stairs rather than elevator most times. Liquid Life Cleaning crew did an excellent job. (How often can you say that). If this is their standard practice I will definitely be renting from Liquid Life again. Only drawback, tennis courts are closed .
