There was a small issue with the coffee pot, and as soon as I wrote to the host about it, the housekeeper who lives nearby was there, and they resolved it that day. Even the housekeeper offered to bring my colleague's lost luggage into the house after it was delivered to the porch since we were gone at a conference for the day. The lot is mostly wooded...
