'Beautiful property with excellent views and a type of farm feel where so many unique things exist including ducks, a 22 year old cat, orchard, kayaks etc. you don’t need to leave the property to have a wonderful time host John is one of coolest guys you will ever meet.'

'Clean. Fun artwork. Nice bed. Well supplied kitchen, though we didn't use it. Nice bathroom. Eclectic collection of books. It would be nice to have hooks on wall or a coat tree for coats, especially if it's rainy. There's a perfect spot next to fridge. (We didn't want to use the cleaning closet.) '

'This is a wonderful rental if you enjoy easy walking access to the food coop, restaurants, shops etc, a beautiful view of the harbor & its active bird population, easy checkin/out, comfortable bed, great lighting with comfortable chairs for reading, many usb ports for charging devices plus other conveniences. However, keep in mind that this rental is in town, located next to a restaurants & has another rental unit above it. If sounds associated with these things may be of concern, you perhaps...

'Excellent communication from the host, Kristen from before our stay began through our departure. Thoughtfully checked in with us to ensure all was well once we arrived and settled in. The property was really comfortable with all the amenities you would need. Great location in town! '

'We had a lovely stay at the Eastsound Overlook. Was a great location for getting to all of the weekend's family events. '

'Fine. Clean. Love the kitchen area. Coffee machine in room not working. Bed is old and has caverns in it. Code didn’t work for awhile and after hours phone line too a long time. '

'Lovely rooms, very nice common area with coffee, beverages, snacks and nice large window seat with a view. Only problem was our entry code did not work and it took us awhile to reach help, after several phone calls, finally the head house keeper gave us a code to get in from the garage to the elevator. Other wise we had a nice stay.'
