'The host was easy to communicate with and quickly answered questions. The kitchen was stocked with beautiful pots and pans, making it a great place to fix Thanksgiving dinner while visiting family. Not being from Montana, I appreciated extras like additional blankets and lotion to help our bodies acclimate. We didn’t need those blankets though, as the bedrooms had their own wall heaters which worked well. I hope it works for us to stay here again. '

'Key failure was communication from the host. First: the front door panel wouldn't let us into the building. When we messaged on arrival at 10:00 at night, they responded thay and the office were aware of the problem and to use the back door. Well why don't you tell your guests that before they get there? Second: The boiler for the hot water broke Sunday. We had no hot water for showers Monday and Tuesday. The office messages all residents and the host that there was a hot water failure. The host...

'Location is excellent, apartment is cozy and well appointed. We stayed on a Brawl of the Wild weekend so noise level was high. Downstairs guests fought and slammed door repeatedly around 2am. Not the host’s fault but it definitely impacted our stay. '
