'Sort of a hidden gem in 'the middle of nowhere'. Located almost on the I5, but absolutely no noise in the rooms, so that was a great start. Just as the check in by the really friendly staff. We would recommend dining at Farwood Bar & Grill in Orland 'Downtown'. Best burger I had ever had and a 'local' feel'. This town incl. hotel was a great experience.'

'Clean, allowed late check out'

'Older property very clean But no ice Room had fridge microwave coffee pot'

'One of the best hotel in this area, will stay again in future!'

'This is a great value. Much cheaper than the other hotels. Outside of town but close to the freeway, it was quiet and my room was fine. Microwave, refrigerator, and air conditioner worked great. Comfortable bed with clean linen. I'll stay here again.'

'It advertised that they had a pool, there is no pool. Should change your ads.'

'Transients break into the rooms all the time because the room i got someone took a shower left the rag used. Coffee pot was used. And the bed the sheets were dirty. The bathroom is how they would get in. I hope they upgrade'

'Really need to have clean towels, sheets, covers, pillowcases. Need to bomb the whole place cause the cockroaches are going to take over. And careful because they will try to keep your deposit.'
