I stayed at the hotel years ago with my sister and we had a great time. This hotel used to be very nice starting from the rooms to the restaurant. So I wanted to take my husband and kids there to have more good memories like how I used to remember hotel B. However, I was disappointed. The front desk wanted to charge us for self parking but I had to remind her that parking was free in my reservation. So luckily I didn’t get changed. Then when I got the key card and tried to get in the parking lot, the card didn’t work. I had to go back to tell her to activate it. She gave me a second card which also didn’t work. The valet gentleman buzzed me in so I can park. Then when I got to my room -which was on the ground floor by the swimming pool- it looked pretty outdated. I wanted to use the bathroom but there was water dripping from the ceiling right above the toilet seat. We asked to change room and move to the tower instead. To be fair, my reservation was city view not the swimming pool. I do though appreciate the front desk for changing our room to the fifth floor. The room was good this time. Next day, we still had troubles getting in and out of the parking. So we went to the front desk to inform them again about it. It was different crew from the pervious day and the lady said that self parking was never added to our card hence why the cards never worked. She fixed the issue and finally we were able to get in and out of the parking lot smoothly.
