The location and neighborhood were amazing and definitely the best part of this stay. However, the communication once we arrived was very disappointing. We arrived around 1 AM and were never added to the security gate list. Security almost didn’t let us through, but they finally allowed us in after showing our VRBO booking confirmation. We were then told it needed to be resolved by 9 AM the next morning or we would be towed.The next day while at the parks, I had to continue calling, emailing, and messaging for quite a while before finally getting in contact with someone to add us to the list. We were told they “never had our names from VRBO,” but nobody reached out before arrival to confirm anything.The house itself was nice overall, but it definitely needs some updates. The towels and dishes were very mismatched and gave more of a college-house feel. The bedding was old and already pilling, and the mattresses were very hard. Several knives in the kitchen were broken, the right side of the sink drained extremely slowly, and the washer made loud noises throughout the night before we even used it. We messaged the maintenance number but never heard back. The washer also seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, and after using it, some of our clothes were stained by what looked like self tanner left behind from a previous guest, so we stopped using it completely.Overall, the location is great, but I would recommend looking at other nearby options before booking this one.
