Security deposit (charge separately from reservation): $400 Fully refundable if no damages or cleaning issues at the property, up to 7 business days after check out.



LONG TERM CONDITIONS

For long stays of 25 days or more, a $2000 security deposit is required (charge separately from reservation). This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, provided there is no damage to the property or deep cleaning required. Guests are responsible for keeping the property in good condition and maintaining cleanliness throughout the duration of their stay. Any damages or DEEP cleaning fees after the rent expiration will be deducted from the security deposit.



Must be at least 18 years old to book a reservation. -No unregistered guests allowed. -No smoking permitted inside. -No pets allowed.
