De grote open keuken is volledig uitgerust met gloednieuwe apparaten, soft close kasten / laden en granieten werkbladen. Het kijkt uit op de ruime woonkamer die is uitgerust met een grote flatscreen-tv, een comfortabele (en gemakkelijke) uittrekbare bank die kan worden omgezet in een queensize slaapbank voor extra gemak voor 2 extra gasten, een ligstoel, een salontafel en een bijzettafel. De master suite is rustig en rustgevend en bereid met veel zachte handdoeken en zacht beddengoed. Het kijkt uit over het zwembad en biedt eigen schuifdeuren naar het zwembad. Het is volledig ingericht met een kingsize bed, nachtkastjes, lampen en een grote flatscreen-tv, met een gloednieuwe op maat ontworpen suite badkamer met zijn en haar wastafels, 2 regendouchekoppen en een privéruimte voor het toilet . De eerste slaapkamer boven heeft de Disney Princesses and Cars-personages om je te verwelkomen. Het is volledig ingericht met twee aparte tumbler bedden, overhead ventilator / licht, kast en bijpassende Disney karakter beddengoed. De tweede slaapkamer boven biedt een onderwaterervaring met onze vrienden van Finding Nemo. Het is volledig ingericht met een queensize bed, plafondventilator / licht, kast en zeer comfortabel beddengoed. De derde slaapkamer boven heeft Mickey Mouse en vrienden die je verwelkomen. Het is volledig ingericht met een queensize bed, nachtkastje, ventilator / licht, inloopkast en natuurlijk zeer comfortabel beddengoed. De eetkamer biedt een ruime eettafel om uw vakantiediners nog memorabeler te maken, 2 ligstoelen, een bureau en een buffetbar. Er is een aparte wasruimte net naast de garage met bovenlader wasmachine en voorlader droger. Het verwarmde zwembad en de patio kijken uit over het prachtige meer en de fontein en zijn uitgerust met een tafel met 7 stoelen, 3 lounges; bijzettafel die verandert in een koeler, BBQ, buitendouche en het tweede half bad bevindt zich bij het zwembad voor uw gemak. Vissen: Het meer is gevuld met grote mond bas en we bieden een hengel

een lokmiddel dat een 9 pond bas gevangen. Disney en GEWELDIGE bas Visvakantie voor de ultieme visliefhebber. We beloven je dat je niet teleurgesteld zult zijn. Simple and just right

Our stay was uneventful which we enjoy. We didn’t have any issues getting in or out of the home. Although there were some nuances to switches and control of a couple of lights and fans that did not disrupt our needs or ability to enjoy our stay.

Amazing trip

Villa is huge and very well equipped. Excellent location to Disney. Close enough to main roads to join highways easily, but in a quiet location. Multiple restaurants, Walmart, crazy golf and shops within minutes. Pool heating was very efficient and well worth the money. Air conditioning effective and worked well throughout. We didn’t have any issues with bugs. Communication was excellent and accessing the property after hours was simple. Thank you for the very useful welcome pack at 11pm! There are a small number of areas which need a little cosmetic TLC, but they didn’t effect our stay in any way. We would thoroughly recommend the villa and it’s location. Thank you very much.

GREAT PRIVATE PLACE , CLOSE TO DISNEY

This house is a very comfortable, clean, and convenient place to stay if you are going to Disney. It serves as a private setting to rest and has everything you need for that. Cooking utensils are all there, pool and spa were heated and used every day. Theater room was a plus. The beds were very comfortable. My granddaughter loved the princess and cars room. Some of the table chairs were loose which made us nervous about using them, maybe consider stronger ones next time you purchase. Plenty of storage room, laundry works great. Definitely will look for this house again if we return to the area. Owner is very responsive and a joy to communicate with.

Disney get away

We loved our stay!! The house was clean and welcoming. The whole family enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a long day in the Disney parks. The house is very close to all of the parks and the location was easy to navigate. It was a nice neighborhood and it was fun watching birds catch fish by the water. We started each day with coffee by the pool. Wonderful vacation :)

Clean property, good communication with property manager and owner when needed. Had all that was needed to make breakfast every day. Some Areas of home need updating, care and repair. Cosmetic issues, not anything else. Centrally located in safe neighborhood. Plenty of local eateries in the area.

This property has not been recently updated and renovated as the listing states. The entire interior needs to be painted. The bathrooms need an upgrade. Had to purchase shower mats. The pool deck needs to be cleaned. Numerous pool tiles missing. Advertise a BBQ grill when in fact you need to rent one. On a positive note the property manager was very responsive to any requests.

Lots of pool fun!

We loved the pool and hot tub. The pool area is relaxing and private, and we could even see fireworks off in the distance at times. The kitchen was great, as well, and it had everything we needed to cook. Also, it's a perfect location for Disney park-goers! The A/C did not work the first few days of our stay. After some visits from repairmen, it was thankfully fixed. Overall, the location, pool, hot tub, and kitchen made it worth it for us.

Great place to stay for Disney!

This was a great place to stay when visiting Disney resorts. It’s a quick drive. There are plenty of restaurants and stores within a few minutes drive for anything we needed. The pool was perfect for us. We spent a lot of time sitting poolside enjoying our coffee in the morning and dinner in the evening.

Relaxing hot tub and pool!

The property is convenient to the Disney parks, endless choices of food, and shopping. Plenty of room for a large family. The pool table, hot tub and pool were great fun for us to wind down after our days at the parks. The owner and property management company were very helpful in the renting process. Just make sure food is cleaned up properly after eating to avoid ants as they are common in the area! Great property with comfy beds!

Great home

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The private pool and hot tub were a lifesaver for us. Having plenty of space for our family to spread out and have our own areas was a huge bonus over a hotel. There are a few nicks and dings to this home, but by no means affected our stay in any way.

5 stars where it counts!

We stayed at Vivians property for a week during spring break. It was me, my wife and our 4 year old son and 6 year old daughter. The property gets 5 stars for all the main areas that mattered most to us. First off the communication with Vivian and her property manager was great. Check in was a breeze after a long day of travel and the location is GREAT for going to the parks and basically any and all shopping needs you have with close buy WalMart and Target. The two house highlights for us in order were 1) The pool with a view and 2)The Princess/Cars themed room. If you want a beautiful pool (which we paid to have heated and definitely recommend if your a parent and will be spending chunks of time in it with the kids), I’m not sure how you top this. No neighbors to the back of the house, instead you overlook a small pond with a water feature that’s beautiful and calming. We also sat in the hot tub most nights after the kids were a sleep to enjoy the view at night. It takes a few minutes for the hot tub to kick in, so just plan accordingly and turn the knob before you plan to use it. Size wise, the pool is larger than others we’ve rented from and where we spent most of the time. The picture of the princess and cars room is very accurate. Our kids shared the room and loved the his and hers themes in the same spot. Location, AMAZING pool and cool themed room give this 5 stars. Easy ins and outs to all Disney Parks and a reasonable drive to Cocoa Beach. As for the little things - the house showed some love in a few places despite the clear remodel in many spots. The kitchen was lacking a couple basic items. We couldn’t find a spatula for eggs/pancakes. I even tried to buy one at Walmart but they were sold out. We also had frozen pizza late in the week and needed to cut it with the butchers knife as I couldn’t find a pizza cutter either. We also purchased some inflatables that we needed an air pump for. Other pool houses we’ve stayed at have those but again we couldn’t locate it. We did purchase a basic hand one off Amazon though and left it in the pantry for future guests. We also left the sand toys behind to help build up some ‘guest shareables’ that we’ve always appreciated at other rentals. All these items are small and didn’t impact our trip as the big boxes were all checked. Vivian was great to work with. I can’t say enough about the great location, the Pool was amazing and we would definitely stay here again.
