Everything was great, super clean, modern and convenient (near to multiple attractions). The only thing I would probably like to change is to vary the breakfast if possible. The two days we had the same things but it was good regardless.

Air conditioner in the room would not work. Roaches in the room. It sm led like S#@$ and A$$ the whole time my family and I stood there for 3 nights. We put in a complaint and i was told the maintenance guy is going to take care of it. Then he walks into our room just to tell us; the reason why it smelled so bad is because the walls are made out of wood! My wife and the rest of my family knew it was bull. It wasn’t worth our time and your money!! Don’t get fulled by how the exterior looks folks.

El lugar es espectacular erica la recepcionista de la tarde es un amoe de persona ,la habitaciones limpias y todo los dias la limpian la tranquilidad y amabilidad que hay en ese lugar enamora ,mis futuros viajes siempre seran a ese hotel sin duda alguna ,gracias por el buen trabajonque haceis a todo el equipo del hotel!!

This Place was really good in terms of cleanliness and convenience its almost in the middle of everything, also you can definitely expect a friendly staff to greet and help you.

When we first arrived the hotel had a smell to it and not a good one. Either they dealt with it quickly or we got used to it over the course of 3 days. The staff was friendly and joking at checkin. The breakfast staff was amazing as well as the food. Keep in mind that the hotel has a policy they only provide new towels and sheets every three days in an effort to reduce water usage. They say you can go to the front desk and request more often but that needs to be done in the morning when housekeeping is there because after they leave they their stuff is locked up and the front desk has no access. Initially I received a text after check in saying that the staff would do regular housekeeping duties (make the beds and take out the trash) daily. My second morning there that didn’t happen. I got back from a busy day to dinner trash from the night before still in the room and unmade beds. That was also the first indication they weren’t going to replace towels much to my surprise. It is a nice place to stay on a quiet ish road close to parks but go in with the knowledge that they have some funny policies and you will be fine.

Me gustó el hotel, la cama muy cómoda, el desayuno delicioso y la chica del area del desayuno fue muy amable al igual que dos chicas de recepción, fue muy agradable mi estancia. Lo único negativo fue el muchacho que nos recibió el primer dia, tenia pereza, su trato fue desagradable como si fuesemos un fastidio y apenas estabamos en el chequeo de entrada, lo otro fue que el hotel dice que incluye parqueo pero es si hay disponible, no te lo garantizan por la estancia, la segunda noche no habia puesto disponible y tuvimos que dejar el carro en un lugar sobre una acera.

Everything was perfect, from breakfast to sleeping. The accessible room was perfect. Whoever designed the room made it one of the best. The bathroom was very accommodating and the bed slept very well. It would have been nice to have a lamp in the desk area.

Property was good limited parking so car were scattered throughout property makingvtheir own spot. Also choose that property because of the electric vehicle i was bringing. Both chargers were inoperable
