This location was fine, just fine. There were a couple of issues. The hallway where my room was located was extremely musty and humid, though my room itself was fine. I would have far preferred to check in earlier but there was no option to, as I had to check in at a certain time I was late to my event, I made staff aware of this however they still made the check in process take as long as seemingly possible. They have to do what they have to do and I understand that but a little more urgency would have been preferrable.

The day before your check in we were sold out, what means the cleaning ladies need to arrive in the morning and wait for the check out to start cleaning. My adult son and I recently stayed there for 1 night. The hotel location is excellent. The area is quiet however the hotel is partly facing Hwy and some rooms are noisy. The area is safe and close to Universal and Premium Shopping as well as within walking distance to restaurants. Public transport to International Drive nearby (I Ride Trolley). The hotel was clean, however a little worn. The room looks newly renovated and was clean. I didn’t like the noise from the Hwy at night and the pillows were very hard. Our room was kind of dark. Breakfast was limited but ok. (Could have some more selection). Many people adopted the marketing term “free breakfast”. Well breakfast is not free. Is either including in price (we pay a higher rate together with the room, or we can pay separately later if the hotel offers breakfast, but is never free.) Front desk staff were polite and friendly. This is a budget hotel and if you find a good price it is worth staying. Prices changes daily in hotels and you can find a good deals on hotels.

Honestly it was ehh the room we had you can tell wasn’t cleaned properly and the towels had some stains on them. The bathroom looked like all they did was change the trash and add the typical bar soap and lotion no tissues, only had like a 1/4 roll of toilet paper for us so had to get more later which took a while. Walking through the hallways was not my favorite it was just not air conditioned right (really humid). Breakfast was not it other than the waffles and coffee. We did take a shuttle to universal which was convenient in the morning but comes back super early. Overall i give it 3/5 stars, pictures looked better online vs in person

Easy on/off freeway access. But was dissapointed they close the pool at dusk. We were hoping to relax in the pool after playing all day. Things were clean but you can definitely see the wear, tear & age. The elevator was super slow a few times we just took the stairs cause it was faster.

I liked that the property was only about 12 minutes away from both Disney land and universal studios. The breakfast was decent, but there are only quite a few limited options for vegetarians like me. But overall, the room, the service and the dining was pretty good concluding to a 4/5.

Pros- beds were comfortable, staff were super friendly, bathrooms were stocked as well. Cons- needs more options for breakfast (especially traveling with kids) Other than that. I will definitely stay here again. ;)

quiet at night and a good area to stay in. only problem was the musky smell in the hallway where the elevator was in.
