Luxe familie villa 3. 5 mijl naar Disney, zeer betaalbaar!

Kom en ontspan in deze goed onderhouden eengezinswoning met zwembad en overdekte Lanai en slechts 3. 5 mijl denken van Walt Disney World. Gunstig gelegen in Indian Creek Community off Rt 192 en I-4. Zeer geschikt voor een perfecte familie vakantie. Dit huis is dicht bij alles. Slechts enkele minuten van de weg vindt u een verscheidenheid aan populaire restaurants, een apotheek en supermarkten evenals die bezuinigingen op al die rijtijd terwijl je op vakantie bent, zodat u kunt genieten van meer tijd in de parken en minder tijd rijden te vinden.

Dit huis heeft een volledig uitgeruste keuken, vaatwasser, koelkast, bereik en magnetron. Beddengoed en handdoeken zijn aanwezig. Wasmiddel en afwasmiddel zijn ook voorzien voor uw gemak. Gratis Wi-Fi. We hebben onlangs alle nieuwe toestellen in de keuken, waaronder een nieuwe koelkast toegevoegd. Er is een flatscreen-tv in de woonkamer en ook in alle slaapkamers.

Er is een basketbalveld, een tennisbaan en een putting green recht op uw achterdeur. Ook zijn er twee speeltuinen voor de kleintjes om de hoek. Deze woning is gunstig gelegen op slechts een mijl op de weg van een supermarkt, apotheek, en vele populaire restaurants. Een doel kan worden gevonden net op de weg zo goed en ook mini-golf.

Verblijf 4 corners Indian Creek Kissimmee

Samen met mijn gezin zeer genoten van deze geweldige villa tijdens ons verblijf van 2 weken eind april/begin mei 2022. De villa is zeer ruim opgezet. Alles was geheel naar wens en verwachting. Op verzoek zijn een aantal kleine mankementen direct verholpen. Villa ligt in een zeer rustige buurt. Contact met verhuurder Coen verliep uitstekend. We raden deze villa daarom van harte aan!

ideaal voor familievakantie

Prachtige ruime villa met alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. We hebben hier een fijne vakantie van 14 dagen doorgebracht, een oase van rust. Alles is netjes onderhouden en zeer vlot contact met de eigenaar. Disney is op 10 min rijden en alle supermarkten en restaurants op 5 min rijden. De villa zelf is in een rustige mooie community waar je helemaal tot rust kan komen. Aanrader voor families met kinderen!

Perfect for Cheer Summit

This was the most perfect location that was close to cheer practice, convenient to the competition as well as all the parks. The kids loved having the pool to relax and even as teenagers the Disney themed rooms. The game room was an awesome added benefit!

Winter get away

We stayed in this villa for 6 weeks. It was clean spacious and very well furnished. It was close to everything, but back off the beaten path enough to feel very private. We also lived the heated pool. If this is your area, this is your house!!

This house was ideal for our stay in Orlando. Disney was only 15-20 mins away. Plenty of bedrooms/bathroom and the kids loved the pool!

The home was pretty much how the listing looked. It actually had more space than expected. Our stay was pleasant and restful there. I very much appreciated all the little notes left around the home to help guide us. Although the thermostat does not go below 72 trust me that was enough to keep the home cool. Could definitely rent again if we ever go back to Disney or Orlando. Only a short 15 min drive to the parks and a few more to many dining options.

Ideal location & has everything you need

The location of the property is ideal to get to all areas. It has a great backdrop overlooking the green and the basketball court it feels very private. The host was always responsive to queries. The heated pool was brilliant for the kids and everywhere was clean and tidy. The second main bedroom could do with some more furniture and the beds could do with replacing in both the twin rooms and second bedroom as they are all very rickety and noisy. But there’s plenty of towels and everything you need there for your stay. Would def return as always a pleasant stay. Thank you very much.

Nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants. La maison avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. La piscine était belle et propre. La communication avec l’hôte était facile et rapide. Pool was dirty,pool deck was dirty had used bandaid on ground pool toys scattered, inside house the beds were rock hard the junkiest mattresses ever, bathroom rugs were dirty bugs on floor and in tub even a dead American cockroach which I know is common in Florida but overall house was not up to standards. Spent a Lot of money thinking we could swim and enjoy pool but that was not the case. I was totally disappointed and grossed out with the cleanliness of the property. One thing in the positive we were allowed early check in but other than thatI would recommend you rent elsewhere!!!!!!!!

Place is just as described. Nice neighborhood away from all the rush and close enough to get to all the parks and places to eat. Walmart is a 10 min drive. Would rent again, big enough for all 8 of us.

Great space for a larger group

This was the first time we have ever rented a home while visiting Disney but we had such a large group that staying in one of the resorts didn't make sense. This home worked perfectly! Four bedrooms with three baths made it easy even with six teenaged girls. The home was very comfortable and well equipped. The pool was smaller than expected but still gave them plenty of room to cool off and horse around. Plenty of room while dining as a group or watching a movie after a long day in the park. The furniture is a little older but still in very good condition. My group loved our little villa!

Communication with the property owner was very easy. Check in and out was very simple. The location of the property to what we were doing was fantastic.only complaints There were some crumbs around the floors from the previous stay and the hallway bathtub did not drain so when showering you had to stand in a tub of water. Overall this was a good place to stay though.

Great home base!

The house was a very comfortable home base after spending a fun day in the sun! My teenagers really enjoyed hanging out in the game room playing pool and unwinding from the day while mom enjoyed the actual pool on the lanai! Very safe location near everything you might need.

Great communication with owner! Place was decent, appliances were up to date. We enjoyed our stay. The cons on this place is the whole lighting in this house and including the outside front and back door lighting. Need to update those. Wonderful relaxing stay in Orlando

Property was as described in ad except for a nice Disney theming upgrade to one of the twin bedrooms no pictured in the original ad which was a pleasant surprise. Pool was wonderful to refresh in the hot Florida sun. Location of property was drive able to all major attractions that we visited during our stay. There were some minor issues during stay, but property manager was very easy to reach and resolve them. Excellent communication. Highly recommend a stay here.

Excellent accommodation

The property was located close to all the attractions in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The host was very responsive and attentive to our concerns(although there weren't many). But I look forward to booking this property on our next stay. Excellent accommodations.

Disappointed

The inside of the house was clean, but all of the soap containers had barely any soap and there were no refills around the house. We also ended up having to buy our own extra toilet paper and paper towels. Also, the pool was pretty dirty when we got there, and half a day was wasted trying to figure out when the pool people were coming to clean and then waiting a little bit after for the chemicals to settle. Additionally, the property backs up to a park, and one day some of the park staff were swearing obscenities at each other for a good 45 minutes, and we could hear all of this while we were in the pool. Overall, we made the best of it, butt we wouldn't stay again. This was surprising as this host is supposed to be a premiere host, but we did not really have that experience.
