This property needs to be evaluated. There's several safety hazards reported, but was ignored when reported making our stay horrible. Broken refrigerator caused food to spoil causing us to replace all of the refrigerated items. Carpet was dirty. Such a nice house to have broken amenities and poor guest services.

Where to start we do these vacation properties every year for the last 20 years. So we are experienced this was the worse experience we’ve had. The problems were as follows, to list a few, not wasting a lot of time here. Hot tub did not work Furniture was falling apart and unsafe Bed sheets had stains on them Thermostat was reset to 85 every time we come homeSomeone was coming in the house while we were gone to the parks Calling Vacasa with a complaint is like trying to call to get help with an Allibaba product. they just give you the run aroundSecurity guard was a smart ass The house has termitesThe sliding glass door doesn’t lock and is put in back wards All the shower doors are put in backwards also so they all leak on the floor when your showeringIf you want a good vacation don’t go to champions gate and don’t book with Vacasa.The closets wall had broken furniture.My son in law described it as a frat house vacation property.Dish washer doesn’t work right Washing machine has rust on it that will stain you clothesThere is a grill but it was missing the heat defused and was dirty we didn’t want to risk it so we ordered out almost every mealThe oven only has 1 rackThe front door has a 10 digit code but you can walk-in through the pool area we set furniture in front of the screen doors to slow intruders

Ignoring the issues at check in with the security at the gate to the community, trash from previous renters was left at property, one of the rooms was locked and required multiple calls to the customer service to follow up and have maintenance come and find a way to unlock the room (they ended up picking the lock??), garbage disposal didn’t work (after fiddling with it there was a penny stuck inside which apparently no one decided to test to see that it worked). Lack of kitchen utensils, dishes and even towels! Cables in closets hanging down from the ceiling and overall lack of upkeep. Still waiting on a call back from customer service to speak with the rental company directly , 2 days after checking out. Could have been so much better or at least was advertised to be more than what it was.

The house is very nice and comfortable, but it is very neglected. A bathroom without hot water, damaged furniture, and they should change the cleaning company because the house was very dirty (wells, fans, under the carpet, among others), there is no decent broom to clean

House was great, just had a problem with the back door handle nearly falling off and it was never fixed when we let the manager know. Super busy weekend in the neighborhood and the HOA or security did absolutely NOTHING to control things. Loud music all hours, cars drag racing in the streets, lot of marijuana being smoked out in the open…

The concept of renting one place for the whole traveling party to stay together is good, however we experienced a few hiccups right off the bat. First the entry door code instructions did not work for the type of cypher lock used and we had to contact VRBO to provide the correct instructions. The toilet for one of the first floor bedrooms was inoperable and it took almost 24 hours before the maintenance person came to fix it. The place was not as clean as expected, trash was found in the pool area, and there was not enough toilet paper in all the bathrooms. Still with the all these hiccups our family managed to have a good time.

Roach infested, dirty, gray & thin (used to be white), paid to have the pool heated, the pool never heated up, mattress covers need to be changed. Very uncomfortable stay. Called, texted, regarding the conditions and never got a response from anyone.

There was a lot of little things that came up that should have been taken care before my arrival. You also need to let the rentals know that they can not bring a trailer (uhaul) onto the property so that was a Big Headache for me!!! Had to unload the trailer at the gate and find a location to secure the trailer during my vacation 🤯🙄🤬

The management company were not great. We had a number of issues that I tried everyday for 6 days to get resolved. Nothing was !!! We ended up buying a lot of stuff for the villa. The theatre room was a large projection tv that did not work. The games room was missing equipment but we couldn’t use it anyway because the a/c was broken in there and it was like the Sahara desert. Not equipped for large party’s

Air conditioning in this home was horrible. Informed management of the problem. Maintenance came out and stated he didn’t see an issue and that the only thing he could was change the air filter. He took the air filter and stated he would return the next day, he never returned and the issue was not resolved. The cooling upstairs was fine but the downstairs was HOT!!! Not to mention the temperatures were in the 100’s. Hot and miserable stay!!

The property was nice and clean. Very spacious and just as pictured. The deck furniture could be upgraded and I paid for a heated pool but the water only got Luke warm in both. I reached out to property management several times but no response until I called the emergency line. Be sure all questions are answered before going there otherwise they may not respond at all. Overall, we had a great time and I would do it again.

The property was not well organized. The lock was not working so we had to stand outside for 4 hours until someone come to open the door. House was stinky since the garbage disposal was not working. There were a lot of bugs. I will not recommend anyone since family members for sick. I have made numerous calls and claims to management but they took their sweet time to do all and did not send anyone until. Late evening on 2.20.22. We had to stay in stinky place with bugs so most if people left earlier on 2.20.22. We are demanding all refund. If not received it, it will get disputed through credit card company. I am so own vacation home and list through your company so I know how poor was everything for this property.

Our family enjoyed our stay, the place was even better than the photos, location was close and convenient to shopping, dining and activities for the kids. Although we did have a few minor issues-air hockey table not working and no towels the host addressed our concerns expeditiously. We will definitely book this location again. Thank you for hosting our family, many great memories were made on this vacation.

Our stay was great just a few things that should be fixed or corrected. The vertical blinds that leads out to the pool area. A gas grille is at the location but we were told you cannot grille at the house (makes no sense). The pool was not working properly, we had to wait 3 days of our stay for someone to come out and clean and fix what was wrong. The garage has a unit for AC but it feels like a heater the entire time that it's on. We did not do much in that area because of that. (Game area, pool table) air hockey table doesn't work either. The front door wasn't locking properly with the code that we had to use. Overall the house looks exactly like the pics. Very spacious. Our Family enjoyed the stay.

The house was beautiful and spacious however you can tell this house is strictly for business use. The appliances are new however confusing to use . I had to YouTube how to use the freezer which was only successful after our 2nd night in the home therefore my family and I had no cold beverages to take to Universal studios, nothing would freeze. We had to buy a broom and plunger. The washing machine stopped working and actually locked clothes in it the night before we left. There was only hot water in a couple of the bathrooms the first 2 nights of our stay. When I contacted Vacasa, nobody ever came out to correct the issues I called about, they only stated “I can put in a ticket ,” then I heard nothing else from them. The patio furniture is filthy , we did not sit on it and did not allow our kids to go near it at all. This house could’ve received 5 stars if the appliances had actual instructions and if somebody was on call for maintenance issues. The kids enjoyed the pool and game area I would be careful booking this house

The location and community of this property was great. The layout was spacious and accommodated the needs of the families who stayed here, unfortunately there were major issues upon arrival that made it a not so welcoming start to our vacation. One of the groups arrived at 3:50pm, just 10 minutes early of the 4pm check in and there was a car in the driveway with multiple garbage bags outside the front door. Just past 4pm, the car was still in the driveway so we went to the front door to see what was going on. The cleaning ladies were in there and the inside was not even close to being completed. The inside looked like there was a lot more cleaning to do and not ready for us AT ALL. One of the families that arrived closer to 4 had been traveling for the past 8 hours and we were very disappointed that they were not greeted with a house ready to bring their kids and luggage into. We asked how much longer the cleaning ladies would need and they said at least a few more hours and that they did not know why we were there. Come to find out, they were not told that there was back to back tenants. Our check in time was 4pm and we were not able to occupy the house without the cleaning people there until 7pm. I tried contacting Jennifer, the name and number given to me by the cleaning lady, with no answer. I also tried texting her. We asked that even though all the rooms were not ready to be occupied if we could use the pool to stay out of the way. The pool was not ready for us either. There were plastic cups scattered in the pool along with chocolate chip candies on the bottom of the pool floor. The outside couch furniture was a wreck and the padding to the furniture was extremely dirty. We were not able to use the furniture with the padding because it was so dirty. We asked the cleaning ladies if they clean the pool too and they said no. At this point, we were all very disappointed and frustrated. My brother in law ended up skimming the pool clean and we just organized the cushions so it didn't look so bad. The lights upstairs and foosball & air hockey in the garage did not work. Again, my brother in law had to get the lights to work upstairs. It was a shame that the first impression of the house was not at all welcoming. I will be connecting the property manager for a refund for the first day as this was extremely unacceptable and very frustrating.
