  • Deze prachtige villa met 4 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers ligt op een van de mooiste plekken van Lake Berkley Resort en biedt een ongerept, prachtig uitzicht over het meer. Geniet van ontbijt, lunch of diner op het terras bij het zwembad terwijl je de dieren op het meer gadeslaat. Als je van vissen houdt, hoef je maar een paar yards te lopen om in het meer te vissen.

    Lake Berkley Resort is een 5-sterrenresort, het is omheind en heeft 24/7 beveiliging. Het ligt vlak bij winkels en restaurants, op slechts 1 minuut van de hoofdweg 192 die door Kissimmee loopt en op minder dan 20 minuten van Disney.

    De villa is erg ruim en is zeer luxe ingericht. De villa heeft twee zitkamers, wat erg handig is als de kinderen hun eigen tv willen kijken terwijl jij naar iets anders kijkt.

    Overal is airco en supersnelle wifi.

    Er zijn 4 slaapkamers. De hoofdslaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer en een queensize bed. Er is nog een slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed en nog twee slaapkamers met twee eenpersoonsbedden. Alle slaapkamers hebben kabeltelevisie.

    De twee badkamers hebben allebei een bad en douche, en zijn voorzien van de gebruikelijke haardrogers en een overvloed aan handdoeken.

    De keuken is voorzien van alle moderne apparatuur die je nodig hebt, samen met al het benodigde keukengerei en serviesgoed. Elke aspirant-kok zou trots zijn op deze keuken.

    Het volledig afgeschermde zwembadgedeelte heeft een groot terras, ideaal om te zonnen. Op het terras staan alle gebruikelijke stoelen en ligstoelen die je nodig hebt. Het zwembad ligt op het oosten, dus je hebt er zon vanaf zonsopgang tot ver in de namiddag, en omdat het uitkijkt op het meer, heb je er veel privacy. Zwembadverwarming is mogelijk tegen een extra vergoeding; vraag gerust om een offerte als je daar interesse in hebt.

    Alle gasten kunnen gratis gebruikmaken van de diverse faciliteiten van Lake Berkley Resort, waaronder tennis, een basketbalveld, volleybal, vissen op 3 meren, golfoefennetten, een clubhuis, een fitnessruimte, een buitenfitnessruimte, een kinderspeeltuin, een gemeenschappelijk zwembad/jacuzzi en een kinderbadje.

Lake berkley villa

Just recently stayed in this villa and everything matched expectations. Very comfortable and clean, it had everything you could ever need. We have stayed on lake berkley for several years and it is a great location and we have always felt very safe.

The stay at the property was great located near everything you would need or want. The house was clean and tidy just as is in the pictures. Very easy to get to Disney properties and not far from Universal Studios. When we get the opportunity to visit again I would definitely book this house again.

Great Experience

Everything about this stay was great. The house is beautiful in a very safe location within a gated community. We had a few questions and they got back to us very fast. There’s a Walmart 2 mins away. That was very beneficial. I travelled with my wife, 13 year old son and 1 year old son. Everyone loves this house. We spent every night in the heated pool. We were very happy to find out they provided a pack and play. My son was able to sleep there. The power went out and I called a number that they left on a card. Within 5 minutes someone came to the house and the power was back on. They are very reliable. I highly recommend this property.

Excellent location for family with kids

This was a fantastic place to spend our holiday break.. Communication was simple and efficient, check in process was easy, and the location was Exactly as described. Everything was clean and neat when we arrived, and the pool heat had started. My kids loved having the pool at the home, but also enjoyed the novelty of going to the clubhouse pool.At the home, but also enjoyed the novelty of going to the clubhouse pool. There are plenty of things to do in the area, like miniature golf and go cart rides. We had intended to go to Disney world, but ended up having too much fun relaxing and didn't want to spend all that time in the lines. We did go to the Kennedy space center, and honestly this was one of the reasons we chose this location as the trip from Kissimmee to Kennedy was not bad at all. The kitchen was Equipped with everything you need, and there were plenty of towels on site. We loved it and would definitely return!

Hopi bon i dushi !!!( very good !!!)

We are a family of four. 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We enjoyed our stay very much! We walked around the neighborhood and enjoyed the view of the lake. The house had everything we needed from pool toys to any cooking utensil you might need. The one time we called Chris for something small he was there within half an hour. Location is very good, good and safe neighborhood. We will deffinitely recommend this vacation home to friends and families. We have been going to Kissimmee for 10 years now, and this is one of the greatest vacation homes we have stayed at.

Great Stay

A perfect 10 days of relaxation at the end of a crazy year. Close to everything, but located in a nice quiet complex for those that just want to relax. House was stacked with everything you could imagine. We arrived a few days before Christmas and the house was decorated and a gift left for my family. Very nice touch!! Even with some morning with temps dipping, the pool was always warm enough to swim in. With tennis, basketball and fishing onsite or just going for a walk my days were filled with activity without going to the theme parks. If that's your thing; the house would be a great home base. Thanks Again Mike

Very enjoyable stay

This was our 11th trip to Orlando in the winter and the first where we weren't going to do any of the parks. We were just going to play golf and take things easy. The location and quality of the house at Lake Berkley and being on one of the lakes itself really let us enjoy our stay. Everything we needed at the house was provided. The afternoons and evenings at the pool were quite relaxing. The only thing that I might want to suggest would be to swap one of the couches in the sitting room with the cloth couch in the TV room. It might just be me but the cloth couch wasn't as comfortable as the leather couch.

Third time here, always fantastic

I had a fantastic vacation at this Bella Vida house! I found this to be the perfect place to have a family vacation. This spacious four bedroom house comfortably entertained my large rambunctious family! This sunny house was neat, clean and well furnished. I particularly loved the Master Suite. The master bathroom held a massive walk in closet that was perfect for storing all of the family luggage and vacation supplies. As an added bonus, the house came completely furnished with all of the basic kitchen necessities. When we weren’t enjoying the heated pool, we took advantage of the entertainment center in the family room. The large screened TV kept the family entertained in the evening. The Bella Vida house is conveniently located for many reasons. First, Neighborhood Lake is a comfortable walking from this house. Wal-Mart and Aldi grocery stores and are less than two miles away and more importantly, this house is minutes away from the Disney properties. The owner of this property was helpful in providing information during my vacation planning stage. All of my questions were addressed quickly and in a courteous manner. I plan to bring my family back to this property next year, for the FOURTH time !!

Beautiful, modern, spacious villa with private pool

We all loved staying at this beautiful property. The pool overlooking the lake is just beautiful and very welcome after a full day at the parks (no pool heating needed in August). The property had everything we needed and is in a lovely tranquil location. It is fully air-conditioned so was very pleasant. We made use of the amenities such as laundry room and games room. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to others.

A haven of peace and comfort

We arrived at Lake Berkley after a very stressful 3 hours at immigration and car rental. The resort is at the end of a quiet road and so there is no through traffic. It has a 24 hour manned security post at the gate which meant security and safety for my family. We opened the door to our villa with excitement and anticipation. It was cool it was beautifully furnished and it was spotlessly clean. 4 large bedrooms, again tastefully and beautifully presented. 2 bathrooms, (one of them en suite) with large showers and plenty of linen and towels, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 dining areas (one poolside) Wifi and cable tv. The pool area was not a disappointment either. The water was clean and warmed by the sun. No shortage of loungers wiith comfy cushions. The owner has also supplied beach towels to use round the pool and several pool toys. I made use of the laundry facilities at the villa. to arrive back in the UK without a suicase full of dirty clothes was a huge bonus. Lake Berkley resort offered us the use of their club house (which we didn't use) tennis/badminton/ basketball courts, a lake and a quiet residential estate. We didn't explore all it had to offer as we had the perfect location to come home to. The location was, as described, only 10 mins away from the main attractions and off the 92 which offered shopping and plenty of dining. The owner thoughtfully provided a guide to the house and its facilities while the management company nade themselves available for any issues we may have had. This has been my best villa away from home experience. From the booking of the villa to shutting the door behind us on our departure, we were perfectly looked after. As a family we endorse this as the perfect holiday rental and hope to return again.
