🏊 Pool Heater Information

-Price: $45 per day
-Minimum requirement: 3 consecutive days
-Maximum temperature does not exceed 95°F
-Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
-The attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi and does not have jets
-The spa can only be heated together with the pool and will have the same temperature

Please note:

-Pool heaters operate through heat exchange and may not function efficiently during cold weather conditions
-Refunds cannot be provided if cold weather prevents the pool from reaching the desired temperature
-The pool heater system includes automatic safety shut-offs during extreme weather conditions to prevent overheating

🚗 Parking Rules

-Street parking is NOT allowed
-Vehicles may not park on grass or block sidewalks
-Improperly parked vehicles may be subject to towing at the guest’s expense
