The Space:

Tucked inside the gated Terra Verde Resort, this expansive seven-bedroom home gives large groups everything they need to settle in and spread out - without ever feeling like they've lost the comforts of home. A south-facing screened pool, a spa, and a covered lanai framing quiet lake views set the scene the moment you step outside, while easy access to Walt Disney World and the wider Orlando corridor keeps the magic close.

 

Living space

The open-concept ground floor is built for gathering. A formal dining area connects directly to a fully equipped kitchen outfitted with granite countertops, a full suite of appliances - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, and more - plus the cookware, dishes, and basics you need to feed the whole group. From there, the layout flows into a bright living room with plush seating and a large TV, opening straight out to the screened lanai, where outdoor dining furniture and the pool deck invite long evenings by the water. A secondary sitting area on the upper landing gives the group a quieter corner to unwind when the main floor gets lively.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Seven bedrooms sleep sixteen-plus guests across a thoughtful mix of configurations. On the ground floor, a king master suite offers an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and pool views, a bonus bedroom with a daybed doubles as a workspace, and an additional front-facing bedroom rounds out the lower level. Upstairs, two more king suites each have their own private bathrooms, a queen suite includes an ensuite, and two themed bedrooms - one with bunk beds and one with twin beds - share a bathroom. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and quality bed linens are standard throughout.

 

Bathrooms

Five and a half bathrooms serve the home, stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shower gel, and hair dryers. The ground-floor king suite bathroom includes a bathtub for a longer soak after a park day.

 

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is stocked to handle full group meals - cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a toaster, hot water kettle, and a blender are all on hand. A dining table seats the group, and the kitchen's direct sightline to the living and outdoor areas keeps everyone connected while meals come together.

 

Outdoor & pool area

The screened lanai and south-facing pool area are where this home earns its keep. The private pool and spa overlook the lake, and the covered outdoor space comes with dining furniture for al fresco meals. A backyard, patio, and BBQ grill round out the outdoor setup - ideal for relaxed evenings without leaving the property. Pool heat is available on request at $35 per day (minimum 48-72 hours' notice required prior to your stay).

 

Resort amenities

As a guest of Terra Verde Resort, you also have access to the community's shared amenities: a heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds, walking trails, and a clubhouse with a tiki bar and games area. The resort is gated and secure, with a $25 non-refundable fee per vehicle for a gate access card.

 

Location

Walt Disney World is roughly 20 minutes away, with Disney Springs, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and Gatorland all within 30 minutes. Orlando International Airport is approximately 35 minutes from the property. Shops and restaurants are close by in Kissimmee.

 

Good to know

Check-in is from 4:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM. A washer and dryer are in the laundry closet. The home includes an initial supply of essentials - toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and kitchen towels - though longer stays will likely require restocking. Smart lock self check-in and a private entrance make arrival straightforward.

Please note: In order to have the pool heater for your stay you will need to let us know at least 48-72 hours prior to your booking. There is an additional fee of $35 per day for the pool heat.
