Bedroom 6 - The Spider-Man Spiderverse themed room with four twin beds in a subway bunk.

- Stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, water/ice dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, drip and Keurig coffee maker, toaster, sink, hot & cold water, serving trays, glasses, silverware, pots and pans and standard cookware.

Enclosed pool deck and covered patio:
- Completely enclosed, minimal bugs and mosquitos
- Swimming pool and spa (heating fee additional $25 per day and must be requested)
- Heated temperatures: Pool 86 - Spa 104
- The spa does not stay heated like a hot tub, it only heats when you turn on the timer.
- Heating during the winter months is not guaranteed if outdoor temperatures are under 60.

POOL HEATING FEE = $25/ day, and must include your entire stay.

* Pool disclaimer: Although we will set the Pool and Spa temperatures to 86/104, no specific regular pool temperature is guaranteed by this service. During and after cold fronts, or in winter generally when days are short, pool heaters may struggle, or even be unable to keep the water at the same temperature until the weather gets warmer. The optional pool heater service must be ordered and paid before our service personnel can turn it on. We suggest ordering pool heat prior (48 hours) to your arrival. Without optional pool heat, pool temperatures can go down to 50-60°F in December to March depending on the weather. The pool heater will help to warm up the pool faster when it gets warmer outside, however, you should not expect “bathtub temperatures” during, or after Central Florida winter cold fronts or cold nights.
*Unfortunately, we are unable to activate / deactivate the pool heater on short notice or provide refunds for previously ordered pool heater service. We reserve the right to make pool heat unavailable at any time for maintenance or repairs. In case of a technical malfunction, we will refund the pool heat charge for the time the heating service was not available to you. No further credit will be given if pool equipment fails or is unavailable for any reason.

POOL SERVICE:
Our pool is serviced once a week to ensure chemicals and clarity is just right for our guests! Please do not be alarmed if you see someone on the patio servicing the pool. Service days are typically on Tuesday. We’re sorry if this is an inconvenience in service days, but it must be done.

HOUSE RULES:
- Enjoy yourselves! :)
- All trash must be placed in trash bags, and then in the bin by the front door. No loose trash in the bin! Failure to do so may result in a $75 trash fee.
- DO NOT leave doors and windows open (Florida is hot, the a/c will stop working and you'll have insects, or lizards visiting you in your sleep. ;)
- Accidents happen. Inform us immediately about any damage. This way we can ensure the house remains in perfect condition for all our guests.
- To ensure maximum cleanliness for all our guests we ask that no shoes, food, or drinks be allowed in bedrooms, or loft area.
- No pets: Although we love pets and animals, unfortunately we cannot accept your pet into our home, because we have other guests and potential visitors who are allergic to certain animals.
- No parties or gatherings of groups larger than the confirmed reservation total. Be mindful of the noise level for our neighbors.
- No tape, adhesives, or anything sticky allowed on walls, furniture, stair railings etc.
- Remotes controls must be left in the rooms they belong.
- Remove any leftovers from the refrigerator or any other personal belongings when checking out. We will not be held responsible.
