Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the resort amenities with the key card provided.



There is NO access to the front desk management of the building.



Entry instructions will be provided. Access cards are available at the front desk.

The condo is minutes away from Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. It is conveniently located to a great selection of restaurants, shopping spots and entertainment.

• For smooth and secure check-in, all guests must complete the Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is complete. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!



• Please make sure to return your room key at checkout. If the key is lost, a $150 replacement fee will be charged.

• The front desk staff are managed by the condo and not by us. For any issues or assistance, please contact us directly.



HOUSE RULES

• Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

• Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

• Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves.

• Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

• Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
