'The property is older and the rental unit was on the smaller side but was efficiently laid out. Parking was plentiful and the managers were onsite and friendly. The neighborhood was quiet. The property is a good value.'

The house is located in a wooded area close to Itasca State Park and Park Rapids -- a wonderful location. The only suggestion our group has was that the hosts remove the plug-in fragrances throughout the house before guests arrive since some people have fragrance sensitivities (we unplugged them and that took care of the issue).
