'Excellent location (shopping areas, public transport), friendly staff, great view from the room (33rd floor). Interior hotel and room design is getting a bit outdated and could use a refresh, including the bathroom. Would still recommend because of the positive items of this review.'

'De entree is spectaculair, maar inchecken nogal lastig. Je moet precies de juiste naam opgeven, anders herkent de online incheck je gegevens niet. De medewerkster die even later kwam helpen kon nauwelijks Engels spreken. Ze had wel een vertaalapparaatje, maar een Engels sprekende medewerker heeft de voorkeur. De Onsen was weer heerlijk.'

'Keurig en modern hotel. Goede service, medewerkers waren zeer behulpzaam bij o.a. het tijdelijk stallen van gehuurde fietsen, het zoeken naar een (huis)arts en versturen van bagage. Onsen waren heerlijk. Ontbijt erg uitgebreid, zowel Japanse als westerse keuzes. Locatie is echt super: op loopafstand van Kyoto station, vlakbij winkelcentrum en aan overzijde van supermarkt.'
