Stayed two nights here and arrived around 6pm on the first day by bus — Heda is a small town so taxis stop very early, I called the hotel and they sent a shuttle to come down and pick us up! They also offer to shuttle you places if you are not able to reserve meals, so if you plan to dine in the hotel definitely try and do it far ahead'

'Nette kamer met goede bedden, maar met wat beperkte loopruimte (wat deels door het derde bed kwam dat voor ons was toegevoegd). Verder was er goed personeel en zag het er fatsoenlijk uit. '

'Goed hotel met prima spa, bedden en kussen zijn redelijk tot goed en restaurants in de buurt. Ontbijt is gratis maar wel een slagveld door enorme grote groepen'

'旅館の雰囲気は昔ながらの旅館！と言う感じでとても良かったが、施設の設備も古かったです。 中居さんの対応はとても良いです。 夕飯の量は美味しけど、かなり多くて食べるのは大変でした。 あと枕が高くて固い！'

'Tu en room was absolutely stunning with the private hot tub. Don’t bother eating there though. It s a waste of your money. The shuttle was very convenient to get to the train station and visit.'
