Photos are of several units so you dont know what you get till you arrive. At check-in the unit was dirty with everything from human hair, dirt, glitter, and mold. We took the first two days to wash and clean everything and even at that point we did not feel safe unpacking our things. As photographed, there was black mold in the bathroom and detached laundry room which you have to access through a shoddily constructed patio made of plywood. Landlord is dismissive about the terrible conditions of the building and the people he rents to. During our stay we had to call CPS twice (child protective services) and the police on our neighbors for regularly abusing their young child.We also found Drug paraphernalia on the patio, and used needles on property, and had several wifi outages. Despite all of this being reported nothing was done. I attempted to get the landlord to refund me for the terrible conditions and only received half of the cleaning fee for our two month stay (85 CAD).
Staining on the box spring of the bed which was also in bad condition.
Water damage on the ceiling and visible mold in vents. As I have a mold allergy I did treat this twice with bleach and it still came back.
Further mold and water damage in bathroom, this is above the toilet.

The one star strictly goes towards the fact that there were no bugs, and the fact our door had two locks on it.At check-in the unit was dirty with everything from human hair, dirt, glitter, and mold. We were devastated and did our best to clean the space so we could have somewhere to stay as we are new to the country and couldn't afford to immediately leave. Every wall in every room had several patch marks from holes and cuts in the walls from past tenants and leaks. They were not painted or sanded to not be visible.As photographed, there was black mold in the bathroom and detached laundry room which you have to access through a shoddily constructed patio made of plywood and trash. Landlord is dismissive about the terrible conditions of the building and the people he rents to. During our stay we had to call CPS (child protective services) twice as well as the police on our neighbors for regularly abusing their young child.On top of hearing domestic violence we also found a crack pipe on the patio, and used needles on property. Despite all of this being reported nothing was done and the landlord spoke down on me for being upset over the filth and drug paraphernalia. The photos in the listing are also of all three separate units so it's impossible to tell the condition of the actual units or which room you will be staying in. We also experienced breakers flipping and leaving us without central air, and several internet outages.So if you can avoid it don't book here.
