'Cute little getaway cabin. Quiet and relaxing!'

'Lights over sink didn’t work. Toilet very hard to flush. Corners were filthy. Electrical outlet pulled out of socket with power strip plugged in with TV, microwave and refrigerator plugged into it. Entering the room light switch didn’t work so had to plug the light into the fixture. Dirty towels were left on floor two days in a row. Had to go ask for clean ones. 'The rooms are ok but the staff is great, especially Amber, and if you get a good housekeeper that’s huge. They offer a nice breakfast but not many dairy free options so I was unable to enjoy it. No dairy free milks, yogurts, or fresh fruits if you are vegan or have a dairy allergy and that’s a bummer however they do have around the clock hot coffee which was a bonus.'

'I wanted to enjoy my stay, but I had two complaints, one of which was related to safety. 1. No wi-fi (wasn't crucial, but would have been nice). 2. The back door wouldn't properly close or lock. It was supposed to only open with an active key card, but it wouldn't even fully close, let alone lock. As a single female traveler, the back door being accessible made me extremely uncomfortable. Put senior citizens in a room farthest away from elevator, pool, and exercise room. The channel list for TV posted in room only included approximately one third of those available. 'Stayed 1 night as a roadtrip stop. Place was clean, staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great, cold and hot options, with staff being very attentive.'

'The room wasn’t properly cleaned, upon checking out, I had to look for my baby’s shoe, and to my surprise there were items left in the room from another guest, up under the dresser I found a dirty pair of rolled up socks, the sleeper sofa, had a used bottle of lotion stuck down on the side of it, found a phone charger, the refrigerator wasn’t properly cleaned either.. other then that the stay was ok… 3/5 stars'
