Great location downtown and great price compared with other options in the vicinity. Rooms a little small and my view was of the building (very close) next door. However staff were quick and efficient and friendly so overall it was a great stay.

The parking situatuon at this hotel is quite awful. Tight alleyway to the underground parking allows one car in or out at a time.. the hotel itself isnt anything special at all. Our room was bland and boring but it did have a fridge. Our room was at the back of the hotel so it faced the parking lot out back and just a wall. This place isnt anything special at all and the location isnt that great. Id pick something else next time but I doubt id return to ottawa.

Nice stay right downtown Ottawa close to everything. The room is well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. The on-site restaurant is a decent dining option with reasonable prices. However the building, furniture and carpets need updating. The walls are not soundproof, you can hear neighbours taking a shower. Old plumbing, shower is making noises.

Very pleased with the service we received from the hotel. We had the corner suite and were very pleased and surprised with the amount of room. Only 2 downfalls. 1: you can only park after you check in and there is not much street parking in order to do this. Very limited parking spots in the garage and was very tight. 2: the connecting room beside us where the door is, the wall seemed very thin as we could hear our neighbours having a time VERY clearly for well over 3 hours. Does not seem like there is much sound proofing. Besides the above two, everything at this hotel was very pleasant and we would return.

The bed was cozy but for a king premier room it was VERY basic and washroom was small and VERY outdated! Not to mention the bathroom didnt seem super clean either! There was hair on the shower walls and shower walls were also dirty. The floor of the shower/tub seemed dirty as well, had a grimmy feeling. Made me wonder if the sheets and towels were actually changed. Food menu wasn't very broad and for good restaurants you had to walk a good 20 mins. Aside from that it was an average stay, i expected more honestly from the value of the hotel. It was pricey for an average hotel.
