Hotel looks great and is at a fantastic location. Bed is very good. Room is big. Cleanses is good.
Extremely slow WiFi which is in usable for work. You can buy a faster connection for $10 per day which is not of this time.
Shower although it looks fantastic is bad. No water pressure, had to wait at least 10 minutes for the shower to get warm. Did give the reception a notification with no result.
Staff depending on who you helped. Overall ok but with some bad exceptions. One day I had to wait for 25 minutes for a continental breakfast (yoghurt and a cup of precut fruit and toast) although it was very quiet and nobody else was there. The other day I forgot my gloves and only after asking for 4 times the restaurant was willing to look behind the counter where indeed my gloves where.
