'I stayed here over the holidays and was impressed with the service at this hotel! Every single staff member was exceptional. I had made a few phone calls a few weeks up to the stay and spoke to a different person each time. There was someone different at the front desk every day and every single interaction was enjoyable. 'The hotel really lives up to the name and expectations. Lovely lobby with smooth jazz and friendly staff. Big room with a terrific view of the swimming pool with the city skyline in the back. Amenities were great and so was parking. Would 10/10 recommend staying here!'
