'The rooms were very clean and comfortable but traffic noise due to the location which i need to used my air pods so i could sleep well. The staff were excellent always willing to help you & accommodate from front disk to security guard the best. airport shuttle are excellent service.'

'Prachtig hotel met een casino en winkels. Bij aankomst was mijn kamer nog niet klaar en moest ik 10 min wachten, maar ik werd wel geupgrade naar een suite! Wat een mooie grote kamer! Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De douche lekte en ik had daar een melding van gemaakt en ze kwamen meteen kijken en wilde het dan ook repareren, maar dat vond ik niet nodig voor die ene nacht. Dit hotel is zeker een aanrader voor een verblijf in Manila!'

'I stayed here for nine days in August and I would definitely stay here again. The room I rented was nice, comfortable, and not too expensive. They had all the amenities you could want and need for an extended stay. Additionally the staff were all pleasant and professional. It's also in a quiet and safe area of Manila. I had a very pleasant stay in the Philippines and a big reason why was having this place to return to after my daytime adventures in Manila. If you're planning on staying in Manila...

'I only have one complaint, the tv only had 4 channels which were not clear and a 5 th channel that was on/off. I was late checking in and very tired, it was not a priority for me'

'The place was clean lots of restaurant and 7-11 store nearby. We did have a problem with the door lock but was resolved quickly. Since there was no phone in the room i had to phone the front desk through my cell to let them know of the problem. Otherwise everything is good, the staff, the location'
