'The room had a jet tub which infact was extremely relaxing. Our TV had a small issue and within 1 minute of calling to let the front desk know, they came straight to the room and fixed it immediately. The hotel staff was very friendly all the way around. My recommendation for the management to add more towel drying racks in the bathroom and by the sink; replace stained and dirty mesh office chairs with a smooth surfaced chairs that will be easily to maintain in clean condition; and run the air conditioner on "dry" setting prior the guest's arrival. 'Gary was very nice and helpful! I recommend contacting him for shuttle to and from the airport though since Google maps doesn't know how to find the house yet. I recommend coming here if you plan to stay for around a week since the sights are so pretty. My only critique is that I wish the bathtub was prepped for use but he wasn't expecting me to want to use it since we've entered the warmer season.'

'The inn keepers were very welcoming. The inn itself was decorated with beautiful art. The breakfast was exceptional! The location of the inn allowed us to walk to campus and to walk around East Lansing. I would definitely recommend the Wild Goose Inn to any couple or group of people.'
