'Great stay in a perfect location. Separate enough to feel like you have your own space, but you have easy walking access to anywhere in downtown Eureka Springs. I didn't have to use my car (which had super-convenient reserved parking) one time once I got settled. The studio's A/C worked wonderfully, and the space was spacious and cozy. Would definitely stay again!'

'We loved this property. It had everything we needed.'

'great stay, very convenient locations if you want to visit all things Eureka Springs. Great for access to the lake and water sports, spooky crescent hotel tours, and so many fun shops, the place is clean and comfy. It does sleep up to 6.'

'We felt at home here. Everyone had their own space and plenty of gathering space. Prompt responses to emails.'

'Great location, clean and nice little outside area to relax. Would definitely recommend! Thank you!'

'I rarely leave reviews because I am a low maintenance traveler and fairly easy to please. However, the lack of response by the host, the nasty, unclean conditions left me very unhappy. We arrived to plumbing not working, the furnishings very old and dirty, the place not cleaned and cigarette butts all over the patio. I reached out to the host 3 times with no response. 'This was an extraordinary experience with great property and location and the description of the property was exact on. The host was very helpful when it came to anything we was needing very much appreciated and look forward to staying with this property owner again.'

'The property is beautiful, communication excellent, the kids absolutely loved pool and the games. I honestly wish I didnt have to put in this review but the bathrooms were absolutely filthy. I had to spend 2 hours scrubbing 4 bathrooms. The tile in the shower was covered in black and pink mold... my 4 year old showered in this before I noticed. I dont know what exactly happened but I highly suggest they advance their cleaning package as I do not think they can keep up with their current standard'

'The property looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The frame in the spare room had no support bars so the mattress fell through when you sat on it. There were spiders and cobwebs everywhere and half the paint decor in the kitchen was missing. Just needs some general TLC. The unit didn’t get below 78 until about 2-3am. But, the host was accommodating to us checking in early.'

'Nice layout. Great price. Clean.'

'Amazing for our girls trip'

'This was a beautiful well described clean place. I will definitely be staying there again. Managment was great and was great with communicating. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. We will be back. I give this place a 10'
