'The beds were comfortable. The milk was frozen. The shower confusing, time consuming, inconsistent and very temperamental. Batteries in the aircon remote were flat so the room was quite cold without the extra heating so could do with some spare blankets, luckily we bought one with us. We stayed in room G4 the Family room with ensuite, which is the only roadside accesible room and you cant access the rest of the building through this door. There needs to be a little more signage to indicate this...

'Staff were friendly and helpful - they very kindly organised dinner for me, and I was the only one in the restaurant but portion sizes were great and well priced. Room was very basic but clean, has strong AC and hot water. It wasn’t the quietest hotel in the evening but its proximity to the airport was what I needed, and I had a very early start anyway. Airport transfer was included in my room rate which was great!'

'Didn’t see any staff on that day. There's no shampoo, body wash just a handwash in the shower. No face tower, just one hand tower in the shared bathroom/toilet for the whole house. Love the kitchen and lounge area, clean and tidy. '

'The backpackers is in a pretty hidden place and is kinda awkward to find. They do give detailed directions and there are signs to help show you the way. I felt a little be confused and kinda uncomfortable when the signs led me to an elevator at the back of the building and I had to ask someone nearby what floor number the backpackers was. The way the property is laid out can be confusing at first but the staff are very helpful and you will eventually become accustomed to it. The rooms are very...
