'The rooms and service and restaurants are outstanding- Quimby (Q), Leo the concierge, Ari the bellman, the entire valet team and staff were beyond welcoming. 'The hotel, and our room in particular, was pretty beaten up. The wallpaper was peeling, window was extremely dirty, and the furniture was pretty dinged up. For around $500/night, I expected a little bit better quality of the hotel/room. The front desk staff seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves than being helpful to guests. I will not be staying here again and would recommend for that price others look elsewhere.'

'If you rent or have a car there is a parking garage right next to the CitizenM doors but it was $46 from 8:30pm-11:00am. Everything else was great! The bed was super comfortable and the shower was amazing. I loved the view and how the whole room was controlled by a tablet!'
