"Plus punt was dat je gratis transport van 7.00 tot 19.00 uur kreeg naar het stadje. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk de rest scoort qua schoonmaak laag."

"Echt een heel goed hotel met nette kamers (wordt iedere dag zeer goed schoon gemaakt) en een heerlijk a lacarte ontbijt. De staff is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Locatie is ook top, in zo'n 7 min lopen sta je bij het strand met de vele restaurants en bars. Echt een aanrader."

"During our stay it was low season, so the hotel felt deserted at times (thought there was always staff there). However: The atmosphere must be amazing if there are more visitors. The pool area and gardens in the hotel are awesome and definitely a great place for children. The "restaurant" (which was actually the pool bar serving food) could improve a lot on quality though. Breakfast (in another place) is good though. The location of the hotel is currently still a bit a downer, as the Fernvale area is still completely under construction. The hotel seems to be the only part that's done. However: It's easy to rent a scooter and go into town, or just ask the reception to provide for a tricicle to take you there."

"I rarel been to hotels that offer personal attention to this level. The reception on checking in is amazing, but also during our stay the team would always take great care of us. Even provided a small attention when my Girlfriend didn't feel right. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious enough. The hotel is right at the beginning of El Nido, making it easy to visit this very cosy and nice place by foot. Soundproofing is done well, so even though it's right at the main road, we had no issues with sound coming in."
