The hotel staff habe made claims the credit card machines have issues and have taken my card and made numerous transactions. The hotel is dubious. Tourists should beware. My bank has been notified

The hotel was very clean and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. The staff was amazing from the front desk to the restaurant staff to the bellhops. A special thank you to Ayu and Fadly, they were so helpful.

Cheap cozy room with so-so service
Check-in was slow, hotel was hot, breakfast staff weren't attentive, but room is nice and cozy, so overall it was ok considering the low price.

previously not sure to book this hotel because previous review give bad experience due to construction at night. however during my stay there was no constructions works at night, so we had good sleep. I think the management give attention to guest suggestions. The only thing i don't like is the shower, sometimes it isn't warm.

Under Renovation
When I checked in, I found the hotel was very noisy caused the renovation activities, and I asked to the front desk official at what time the activity will be stopped in the evening, I got the answere...till night, so I called the support team of the Expedia about the matter, and ask for move to other hotel if the renovation activity could not end at 9-10 pm. I told the staff who was incharge, that I will ask for moving to other hotel IF the activity could not end at 9-10, and They agree to end the noisy activity at 9pm. I appreciate the hotel to end the noisy work at 9pm, and I cancel my intention to move to other hotel. Thank you for mutual understanding

Pleasant Stay
Enjoyed my stay at the Grand Zuri. Check-in was efficient, staff were polite, room was very clean & comfortable, with a delicious buffet breakfast thrown in. A little far from the city central area. Not ideal for travelers who do not have their own transport

Close to everything I wanted to do.
I was in Palembang to research my fathers time as a Japanese POW. This was not easy as no one rememberes anything about that time. As an English speaker it was very difficult to make people understand what I was trying to do. The hotel staff tried their best.

Great location
We were not able to sleep all due to itchiness. Not sure how often the bed sheets were changed (?). We did not have adequate toilet paper in the room. However the staff were helpful enough to supply us with more toilet papers.
