Goed gelegen B&B met vriendelijke eigenaar
Ik heb een prettig verblijf gehad in deze B&B. Het is gelegen in een redelijk drukke straat vlakbij het centraal station. Maar 's avonds is hier geen lawaai van te horen want de B&B zelf zit in een soort van binnenplaats in het appartementencomplex. De kamer en het bed was groot en de badkamer ook. Het bed sliep lekker en er was airco aanwezig, wat fijn was, want het is 's avonds nog best wel warm. De hygiëne mag wel beter. Ik vond bijvoorbeeld schimmel in de badkamer en in de koelkast. Alles was wel wat verouderd en stoffig. Vooral de badkamer is toe aan een upgrade. De eigenaar van de B&B Andrea is erg aardig en hij kan goed Engels spreken. Hij is ook altijd bereikbaar per telefoon, wat fijn is. Wat wel minder is is de 'schoonmaakdame' die 's ochtends het ontbijt runt. Zij spreekt geen woord Engels. Het ontbijt is overigens best wel goed. Je mag in Italië geen uitgebreid ontbijt verwachten maar er was zeker voldoende keuze. Behalve qua fruit, dat mag wel toegevoegd worden. Mijn verblijf was over het algemeen gezien dus zeer prettig.

100% RECOMENDABLE
Fuimos una amiga y yo hemos quedado encantadas, la relacion precio calidad excelente. Habitacion enorme, todo limpio y el desayuno sencillo pero con todo. Se encuentra cerca de la estacion, de las paradas de bus mas turisticas y puedes llegar a pie al centro. El mobiliario es cierto que es un poco antiguo pero si buscas algo limpio, confortable y bien comunicado, este es tu hotel. La atencion tambien buenisima.

fantastico weekend
Abbiamo trovato un luogo accogliente, pulito e organizzato. La suite è davvero spaziosa , pulita ed accogliente, ideale per una famiglia. La colazione è servita nella stanza accanto, proprio come se si fosse in famiglia. la stanza è un po' rumorosa e si sentono le persone che dialogano o attraversano il corridoio ma nel complesso l'esperienza è stata favolosa. I proprietari sono conviviali e molto gentili. La colazione è abbastanza ricca e varia.

L'albergo ha diverse potenzialità, tuttavia andrebbero rinnovati ad esempio arredi e materassi che erano vetusti e anche non particolarmente puliti. Inoltre per la colazione si può fare molto di più, c'erano poche cose confezionate, che per una città come Palermo ricca di cose buone da mangiare stonava un bel po'. Il personale simpatico e accogliente.

B&B carino ma da sistemare
Probabilmente non abbiamo avuto la camera migliore (avendo visto le foto pubblicate su expedia). Seppur spaziosa, era arredata con alcuni mobili di recupero, frigo in camera quando c'era tanto posto all'entrata, sanitari vecchi, bagno senza riscaldamento. Colazione in una sala da pranzo magnifica, dove però si congelava ... Con qualche accorgimento in più sarebbe un B&B veramente strategico.

charmantes Hotel in der Altstadt. Bahnhofsnah.
Standart und Komfort sind zufriedenstellend. Leider werden Kleinigkeiten nicht beachtet. So wurde zum Beispiel ein Duschvorleger nicht getauscht, der offensichtlich patschnass und schmutzig war (Fließen des Bades). Die Dusche sollte auch einmal wieder intensiver geputzt werden. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Obwohl an einer belebten Straße ist es doch in den Räumen ruhig, da an zwei Innenhöfen liegend. Sehr geeignet für Familien, da auch zwei Zimmer mit Wohnzimmer und einem Bad zur Verfügung stehen.

Terrible hotel....hardly functional
I was very unhappy with this hotel. Aside from the packet croissants served each morning as breakfast, there's very little worth mention. Yes, that really what I think. The friendliness of 1 staff on days he feels like it does not make up for poor Wifi, lack of working amenities (the 2 fridges provided do not work, none of the ac/ventilation system work making for stuffy days and fly infested nights, I had to clean the bathroom myself 3days into our stay as it had mould, the towel I used to clean it wss so dirty, house keeping not provided on Monday because apparently it was a holiday, if only we took a holiday from paying!!, we always had to ask for loo roll and had to buy on the last day as there was no staff in the hotel, 1 TV did not work, cups could not be provided for us to make our own tea, so we got 2 cups to share between 5 people, the sofa arm was broken, the shower drainage was bad, I reported but they ignored it). On the last day, they brought out what looked like dry left over parma ham for breakfast. I simply skipped breakfast last 2 days I suppose this was just a quick easter earner for them while we house watched. Either keep your B&B running and functional or close it. I asked my niece (aged 8) and nephew (aged 10) what they thought about the hotel and they said they could never recommend it. P.S. I left my phone in the room and called same day...Apparently it was not in the room!! I'm not saying they stole it but be sure to pack again and again.

Hübsches B&B in zentraler Lage
Das Palermo Art Lincoln liegt zentral, ist aber doch ruhig und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Es ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und wird von Andrea liebevoll geführt.

Ho soggiornato presso il B&B ART LINCOLN in un week end. la posizione è strategica , a soli 100 mt. dalla stazione centrale di Palermo quindi comodissimo da raggiungere. Con una passeggiata si raggiungono tutti i punti di interesse principale della città e il mare. Il B&B è molto bello con camere spaziose pulite e ben arredate con mobili stile antico. Anche le parti comuni, sala colazione e soggiorno molto carine. Il proprietario molto cortese e disponibile. La colazione buona. Consiglio questo B&B

Grazioso bed&breakfast a due passi dal centro
Accolto con gentilezza, nonostante un ritardo sull'orario atteso di arrivo. E' vicino al mare e all'orto botanico, ma anche a due passi dal centro storico, e si arriva bene in auto (passando lungo il porto) e parcheggia bene nelle vicinanze. Le stanze sono grandi e ben arredate, il luogo molto tranquillo (in una corte interna).

This hotel is a great value for the money. It is clean, centrally located, easy to find, and very quiet. Our room was very large, with a separate sitting area, and a balcony overlooking an inner courtyard garden. The caretakers are nice and gracious, and speak English. Breakfast was adequate.

Not so good bathroom
The hotel is located only 2 minutes from the main train station and bus terminal which was handy, however, the area is a bit dodgy in the evening. It is closed to the city's main market. The bathroom was a huge disappointment as the shower cubicle was very small, the shower curtain is so thin and plastic. There was no soap, no shower gel nothing. I would expect those amenities when I pay £50 per night. No wonder there's no picture of the shower on the website. Overall I do not see value in the money I paid.

Good communication with Ali from the reception - he was prompt and helpful. The b&b has very good location - 5 mins to the train station and 10 to the main street (via Emmanuelle).

Nettes B&B. Guter Service. Schwankende Zimmer
Das B&B ist ruhig gelegen mit einem gemütlichen Innenhof. Der Service ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer werden täglich gemacht und sind sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist typisch italienisch (Kaffee, Croissant und Joghurt) aber sehr lecker. Bei den Zimmern gibt es große Unterschiede. Unser erstes war sehr hübsch und geräumig, allerdings ohne W-lan Empfang. Nach 6 Nächten sind wir umgezogen in ein "gleichwertiges" Zimmer. Diesmal hatten wir W-lan, dafür aber nur eine Fenstertür zum Hof raus. Wenn wir also nicht wollten, dass uns die Leute direkt ins Zimmer glotzten mussten wir die Fenster zumachen und dann war das Zimmer ein dunkles Loch. Wer also bucht sollte vorher genau drauf achten welches Zimmer er bekommt und sich dann auch kein anderes andrehen lassen.

We were welcomed, given a map with lots of information regarding what to see within walking distance. The room was quiet, clean and very comfortable with plenty of room. Breakfast needs a little improvement.

Ottimo B&B , molto pulito, gradevole la terrazza dove fare colazione la mattina e personale squisito e gentilissimo. La struttura e vicinissima alla stazione centrale e alle vie del centro, consigliato per qualità prezzo ed estrema gentilezza del personale .

Bien aménagé et très accueillant. On entre tout de suite dans une facette de Palerme agréable, bien restaurée et chaleureuse. Très calme bien qu'au centre et proche de la gare. Bonne adresse !
